I installed Tokyo unknowingly without the help and would like to install
it without going through an uninstall and reinstall as I spent several
hours setting up my components, library and other settings. Win7 Control
Panel/Programs only allows uninstall and rerunning the installation
wants me to uninstall first. Is there really no way?

If I do reinstall does the Migration Manager save all of my configuration?

Thanks,

Last time I checked, the Help was installed using a separate installer,
so you do not need to reinstall the whole IDE just to install the Help.

Thanks Remy but I couldn't find a separate help installer. Do you have
link?

I suppose for as little as I use it, I could just use the Help Wiki. Who
knows I might even find that it works better.
