Hi,

I'm trying to install C++ Builder 2010 on a Windows 10 64-bit system, version 1703. I've let Builder install all updates. I then ran into the issue with a .ttr file and have used the recommended batch file to resolve that. However, now when opening Builder, I get the following two messages:

1 - Error: A call to an OS function failed
2 - Access violation at address 20981C6D in module 'coreide140.bpl'. Read of address 00000000.

I saw some mention of renaming that file, but it just broke it more. I've tried running as administrator, giving myself full read/write to the install directory, and so far am not having any luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
