I have the following installed on my windows PC with several existing projects:
Embarcadero® C++Builder 10.1 Berlin Version 24.0.25048.9432 Enterprise
Installed updates: Delphi 10.1 Enterprise and C++ Builder 10.1 Enterprise update 2

Can I install full RAD Studio Tokyo Release 3 on the same PC and continue to use C++ Builder 10.1 Berlin update 2 and also use C++ Builder that comes with RAD Studio Release 3.
Would there be any conflicts between the two ?

Yes. Berlin and Tokyo are separate major versions that are installed
in different folders. Multiple major versions can co-exist on the same
PC.

Would there be any conflicts between the two ?

No.

I second Rémy. I have RadStudio 2010, Berlin and Tokyo, side by side.
In different directories of course. If you override paths in the IDE Options
just make sure ot separate them here if not automatically done for you.
