Problems when using ODBC Driver "SQL Server"

I connect to MS SQL Server 2012 from the user's computer (Windows XP SP3). FireDAC automatically selects ODBC Driver under the name "SQL Server".
In FDQuery there is a query:
select * from AdmUsers
where LastAccess Between :BegDat AND :EndDat

The parameter "BEGDAT" and "ENDDAT" are manually marked as "ftDate", although the "LastAccess" field in the database is of the "smalldatetime" type.
Preparing for execution:
FDQuery1.Params.ParamByName('BegDat').Value := cxDateEdit1.Date;
FDQuery1.Params.ParamByName('EndDat').Value := cxDateEdit2.Date;

An error occurs when trying to open a dataset:
[FireDAC][Phys][ODBC][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Дополнительная функция не реализована

Other users do not get an error if they use the SQL Server Native Client 11.0 driver (or other).
