Error with Embedded User Authentication when EUADatabase property is used

I have a database setup with Embedded User Authentiation and i am trying to create a user admin security tool. I have used the the logic of the default embarcadero sample AdminTool but this is also not working. So if the EUA entry is left empty there is no problem. But as soon as this entry has the db location path the AddUser or ModifyUser fails.

Error:[FireDAC][Phys][IB]invalid parameter, no switch defined

EIBNativeException FireDAC error code 1400

Errorcode 336723997

Please any help will be highly appreciated as that i am days with this problem and unable to solve it...
