While the audio is dead half way ( as noted in comments ) the video itself shows real promise.

Can't wait to see how this turns out on both 16 and 17.

I lose audio at about 14 minutes. I don't know if it's on this end, youtube, or the video file.

Not sure how it happened. Have to redo it soon.

You can count me in the Wow group, but I really want to hear the rest. The slides without the audio are a tease. Please re-post it soon.

I like the fresh start and the focus on portability. I also like the focus on shifting the rendering to the client. It will make IW suitable for more use cases if the footprint and overhead shrink. I had not paid much attention to Type Script since it came out of the Microsoft ecosystem. However, after doing my homework it makes even more sense since it comes from Anders Hejlsberg, father of turbo Pascal, and Chief Architect of Delphi.

Checkout this page and his video explaining what TypeScript is, and why it was built. Excellent move Atozed!

Instead of simply rerecording as planned, we are going to rework the
slides a bit based on feedback already received and record that.
Hopefully that will be this week, we are already working on reworking
the slides.
