On the website of atozed is saying: "This is the official support channel for technical support. If you have an active IntraWeb subscription, please identify your status to make sure you receive priority support." How do I identify my status?

here in the forum, you can ask anything you want, and everybody can answer you (if we know the answer :D ) .

if it's urgent and you bought a license from AToZed, then you can add "(priority support)" to the subject.

but i think it would be best to mail Alexandre or Chad directly (in case you need to add serial number or something to the question) :

Actually we prefer the forums. :) Subject or id in body is fine.

Chad, I have the XE5 version that already comes with an intraweb license. But I bought another one. I do not know if it's better to use the XE5 or if it's better to use the latest one I bought recently. See if you can answer the question: "Error starting XE5 after installing IW 14.1.10 (priority support)".

The purchased license has many more features than the one included in
XE5. You should use the latest versions as they have security and other
fixes.
