I am trying to install a package in C++ Berlin 10.2 Professional. I keep getting this error message"

"Registration procedure, Stripchartber2.Register in package C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\18.0\BPL\PackageStripChartBer.bpl raised exception class EComponentError: <No Message>."

After the message appears, C++ Berlin locks up solid every time and the only way I can Close C++ Berlin 10.2 is with the Windows Task Manager and force it to shutdown.

The same package is installed in C++ Berlin 10.1 and it is working fine.

Why does C++ Berlin 10.1 accept the package whereas C++ Berlin 10.2 does not and what do I need to do to correct the error?
