Diagnosing MAX_DB_VIRMEM_USE Errors in Interbase.log

We have a single XE3 server hosting 3 databases. The server has 8gb of memory which is more than enough to host this db server. Concurrent users can run anywhere between 30 and 60 users between all 3 databases. They are fairly small with the max size being around 370 meg. Config of MAX_DB_VIRMEM_USE is set to 90. Lately we have been getting numerous messsages in interbase.log indicating we are reaching that value:

"WARNING: Exceeded value limit of 90 percent for ibconfig parameter MAX_DB_VIRMEM_USE"

Shortly thereafter existing and new connections to the database will stop. It's not until we restart IB Services on the server that we can access these databases again.

My question is, how can we determine from IB Console whether one of the settings we have on our databases is leading up to this error? What is the best way to diagnose the cause of this issue.

Thanks for your help.
