Hi Group,

I have a login screen that connects to an AccesDB via ADO, once login is complete a menu is displayed on another form. I have used the login form in the Users section of the menu form and would like to display a label in the menu form something like

displayname.text:=frmlogin.usrlogin.text;

How can I get the username without having to query the DB again?

Seems like you already answered your own question. After you query the
user from the DB, save the information for later reuse. So what is the
real problem you are having with that?

Seriously weird but I hope this helps someone, instead of pulling the data onto the second form, push it from the first. I added the forms to each other and in the second I set the label value from the first
