Embarcadero® C++Builder 10.2 Version 25.0.26309.314
Microsoft Windows 10 x64 Pro [Version 10.0.14393]
Mac OSX 10.12.6
Mac SDK 10.12.2
iPhoneOS 10.2
IPod Touch 5th Generation on iOS 9.3.5
Android 7.0.1
Android SDK 24.3.3

How to programmatically disable Lock Screen and Landscape rotation ( fixed to Portrait mode only ) in Android, iOS ?

In other words, I wants the application to run actively on the device without any screen saver or lock screen or auto-rotates to Landscape takes place.

Please advise.

In Project Options, Look for Application then Orientation, you can select for Portrait only

Don't think it is possible to stop the lock screen programmatically though, surely that is down to the user choosing not to have the device screen save or lock after time out, rather than at app level.
