I have made a datasnap server with FireDac and I can use the connection editor and fill in the parameters (including the driverid of MSSQL) and run the Test button and it is successful. But at run time, I get:

Driver ID is not defined. Set TFDConnection.DriverName or add DriverID to your connection definition

Anybody have a clue why it is complaining?

(the sql server IS on a different machine than where the service is running.

Did you add the proper driver component to the form? (Should be "TFDPhysMSSQLDriverLink")

And also set the proper path in the driver component to the library-file?
