How do I know which way we installed 10.2 (web/iso) so I can choose the right installer this time?

Different ways worked on different machines, but we didn't write down which.

If your IDE has the "Feature Manager" installed, you used the Web
installer. Otherwise, you used the ISO installer. From the
documentation:

http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/en/Installation

Note: If you use the Offline Installer, the Feature Manager (Tools >
Manage Platforms) is not available in your RAD Studio installation.
