This is a repeat to an issue I posted to the C++ VCL forum but with images attached.

There seems to be an issue with the TSplitView drawer. There is a demo video from Embarcadero on youtube where you can see it happening too, I'll try to find it again and post a link. Basically what happens is that the open panel is wider than the width setting the first time it opens. Once closed and reopened it appears as it should based on the width value. Also there is a discrepancy in the design width and run-time width.

Also as seen in the attached images, the drawer width setting is different when rendered on different OS's. One image shows the program on Win 10 and the other is Win 7. You can see how the width pushes the panel too far to the right. As it stands now I am using absolute positioning and no anchors, so I will redo to solve this little annoying issue.
