Greetings All,

Delphi Berlin 10.1 Update 2

Git commit from Delphi IDE produces an "Unknown Error" and stops.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Right click on project in the IDE and select Git | Commit | From Repository Root
2) In the "Commit To" window, all source files are already selected. I add a comment and click the Commit button.
I receive an error dialog that simply states "Unknown Error" and all I can do is click OK and the commit window closes.

I can use Bash from the project directory to commit and push manually so I know this is not the issue.

NOTE: The Delphi IDE was not used to setup the project repository for any of my Delphi projects. I used bash to init, setup, commit and push the files to my repository initially as I have many Delphi projects under a main directory and I wanted to control which folders and which files would be ignored with the .gitignore file. However all Delphi project I go into do work with the repository, just can't get past the error noted above.

Anyone else have this issue or any ideas?

I am having the exact same issue. The only difference is that I am still on Delphi Berlin update 1. Did you ever resolve this?

Neither are mine, but I don't get the error. "Unknown error" is of
course not very helpful.
