Error starting XE5 after installing IW 14.1.10 (priority support)

Hi, I recently got the latest version of Intraweb for my XE5, and after that my XE5 does not want to open anymore, unless I uninstall the intraweb. I have done all the procedures received in the purchase email.

The error that appears is:
"Exception EReadError in Module rtl190.bpl at 00121793. Error reading RichEdit1.Zoom: property Zoom does not exist."

Help...
