I rebuilt an application with Delphi 10 Seattle and FireDAC. About 60 customers are using the new application intensly, mostly in a LAN. Most of them are happy with it, but 3 have massive problems with irreproducible access violations - every 15 to 20 minutes. The whole application freezes after the message.

I try to pinpoint the problem. Could it be related to FireDAC?

Here are the settings I use:

     with FDConnection do begin
        DriverName  := 'MySQL';
        LoginPrompt := false;
        Params.Clear;
        Params.DriverID := 'MySQL';
        Params.UserName := <username>;
        Params.Password := <password>;
        Params.Add('Server=' + <host>;
        Params.Add('Port='   + '3306');
        ResourceOptions.MacroExpand := false;
       Connected := true;
      end;

I don't alter FetchOptions or UpdateOptions.
Are these settings correct or could they be the source of the problem?

Or can those irreproducible random AVs occur by using a 64-Bit MySQL-Server and 32-Bit MySQL-Clients?

Please provide FireDAC environment report from a machine where you see AV and a report from a machine without AV:

Could you answer my rather simple questions without the whole environment reports?
- Do those settings I posted look right?
- Can those irreproducible random AVs occur by using a 64-Bit MySQL-Server and 32-Bit MySQL-Clients?
