Hi, Thank you always for you support.

I would like to know how to receive priority support,
our company thinks intraweb is excellent Tool and we bought license.
but I have encounted following issue and would like to resolve the issue.

According to the official page,
```If you have an active IntraWeb subscription, please identify your status to make sure that you receive priority support. ```

we look like to able receive priority support,
but I don't know how to 'identify' my status and can receive priority support.

I see that Alexandre has replied to you there. He is the expert who is the support contact. Continue to follow up with him.

Did he receive your email? I know they had trouble with their email system a few weeks ago, it was mistaking some legitimate emails for spam. They thought they had that fixed. You might try emailing him again. He has been good about following up.

Yes, I have received e-mail from Mr.Alexandre today.
Mr.Alexandre received my mail and will answer for me later.
