I upgraded a Win 7 machine to Win10 with the MS download. I use Delphixe7 to develop Webbroker apps. I cant debug on this machine. W3WP wont start. It says
that it cant bind port 80 when starting with -debug. So IIS then isn't running. Has anyone had this problem or successfully debugged under Win10 ?

Here is the error from event log.
The worker process for app pool 'DefaultAppPool', PID='240', failed to initialize the http.sys communication when asked to start processing http requests and therefore will be considered ill by W3SVC and terminated. The data field contains the error number.

Netstat doesn't show anyone else trying to use the port.

I'm not too familiar with Win10 so not sure where to look. Not too fond of it either so far.
