hi guys

i tried to install the DPF pack, but i had problems with it and got no answer from the developer.

as i can see in the "what's new" of 10.1 Berlin, EMB STILL don't have Right-To-Left BiDi support...

i've been waiting for YEARS for that, and since i OBVIOUSLY can't trust this company anymore, i decided to abandon this tools !

i don't have the time to learn a new language now, so does anybody know of another development tool for Android that uses Object Pascal?

Thanks

RemObjects Oxygene or alternatively FreePascal with Lazarus.

I use SmartMobileStudio to develop a multi.device app. It is true single source and runs on any platform :) For the Backend server I will investigate Lazarus + mORMot for the REST server stuff.
It's HTML5 and Javascript based, so you need to know that platform at least to develop proper apps.
http://smartmobilestudio.com/

Pro:
* It's cheap.
* Enhanced Object Pascal dialect.
* A lot of 3rd party and open source components (in Javascript).
* Runs on every HTML5 device.

Contra:
* Just a basic visual designer. You have to create most detailed UI stuff in code or at least html tokens.

Hello,

1. which Delphi version are you using?
2. Which Android version is on your S4?

If it's Delphi < XE8 and Android >= 5 then that might explain it.
