How show the virtual Keyboard?

I´m using 2 Forms in my project. In both Forms i have Tedit components, when i click on the Tedits in the main form there is no problem with the virtual keyboard.

But when i show the second form and click on the Tedits, the virtual keyboad never appears.

How can i solve this issue?

I just hide the previous Form and the virtualKeyboard appeared.
