Very good and cheap. Hi quality codebase.

AFAIK, no. But the lib is cheap, $80 for single developer, and it comes with sources.
This lib can save you many headaches. Is cross platform (iOS, OSX, Android, Win32/64).
What do you need anymore?

I want to draw house plans .AFAIK is support xe4. I am usenig Rad 10 Seattle

AFAIK = As Far As I Know
That lib is ok for your purpose. The low price , the security that comes
from owning the sources, and the ability to be cross platform make it
the perfect library to your job. I'm not a RivesSoftAVG man. Only I
raccomand such library because any attempt to obtain the same
great result will cost you much more than 80 dollars.
