First at all an error occurs for this syntax :
select * from zon
//where zon is zon.dbf
The error is : [FireDAC][Phys][ODBC][Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Syntax error
Connection:
ODBCAdvanced=SourceDB=c:\Data\dbf;SourceType=DBF;Exclusive=No;BackgroundFetch=Yes;Collate=Machine;Null=Yes;Deleted=No
ODBCDriver=Microsoft FoxPro VFP Driver (*.dbf)
DriverID=ODBC

If use TFDTable no problems, but doesn`t open table with millions of records.
How must do I?

1) Try FireDAC Advantage driver:
http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/Seattle/en/Connect_to_Advantage_Database_Server_%28FireDAC%29
2) Try to use SELECT * FROM "zon.dbf"
