Hi,
trying to use the USB device functions to talk to a USB device but I cannot find the header file Winusb.h on my system. Googling it reveals that it should be in the Windows SDK but it is not present in the SDK directory of XE8 Pro. One post I found says it used to be in Windows DDK, maybe the SDK included in XE8 is too old? Is it possible to download the latest MS SDK and use it with XE8?

Regards
Goran

Downloaded the latest MS SDK, worked out all the dependencies for WinUsb.h and copied these h-files and also had to strip all the SAL annotations from the files. How far behind is the MS SDK in XE8?

it is not a part of SDK, never was; download the DDK/WDK - it is free.

Yes, it is. It was moved there in Windows 8 SDK, I know since I just downloaded the latest SDK from MS and it IS there.
