Convert Read Only Database to Read Write

By mistake i copied & and paste an open
IB2007 database file then i noticed that
my db's mode has changed from read_write
to read_only by itself
How can i change this mode again to read write ?

Open the database in IBConsole, bring up the database properties and change the
read only setting to false.

Something like
gfix -mode read_write
(followed by dbname, username, and password as required).
Or check docs for gfix.

I tried IbConsole / DB / Properties but it doesnt
change DB's mode ( it doesnt work )

i never used gfix before, can someone please help
I open command prompt ( Windows Start / Command prompt (admin))
a black Dos screen opens with C:\windows\system32>
This is the complete line what i wrote in command prompt
C:\windows\system32>gfix -mode read_write user SYSDBA -pass masterkey mydb.ib
i get gfix is not recognize as an internal or external command error message

You need to either cd to the bin folder below where InterBase is
installed, or better yet, just add it to your path. You'll see an
example adding it to your path here:
