I need to prompt a user to enter a IPv4 address i.e. 4 numbers from 0 to 255. Is there a GUI widget available to do this?

The VCL does not have a native component, but Windows itself does have a
native IP Address control:

And there are plenty of 3rd party VCL wrappers floating around for it.
