Hi,

I filled a TRectanle with a bitmap (Size 100*100 pixels) and run software on a android device, captured screen and send myself as a email. Now my TRectangle on the captured image bigger then my original sizes, why?

Hello,

most likely this is due to FMX using device independant units while your
bitmap is really 100x100 pixel in the file you fed the app. But on your
device 100 real pixel are not 100 pixel rendered on the display.

This is to accomodate the different screen resolutions.

Could that be the reason for your observation?

Thank you Markus,

I was unaware of screenscale at android machines, I optimized my software and images look fine now, thank you.
