This is not really a question, because I found my answer when formulating the question. Still I thought it wise to share it.

I managed to get the ToDo List example to work.
However I get back all to do items.
There is no help in the delphi help file on how to filter for elements with a certain content.
I knew the REST API query looks like <{"content":"moon"}>, because when I logon to kinvey this is what works.
But how do I get the TBackendStorageApi.QueryObjects to do this also.

This worked:

LQuery := TArray<string>.Create('query={"content":"moon"}',Format('sort=%s', [TToDoNames.TitleElement]))

Notice the comma between the separate array elements ^

This was very helpful to me. I am using C++ so my code is a bit different, but I at least I can see the general logic.
