Check out the Device Sensors And Services demo that is installed with Delphi. This builds to a working demo on your device showing the Long & Lat.

On iOS, the device will ask you if Location Services can be used, so you don't need to check.

In my app I need to have Long e Lat at startup but at startup Long e Lat are NAN: why?

It can take 30-60 seconds to get a reading after starting up GPS while it tracks what satellites are visible and which have the strongest signals.

Perhaps keep trying every 5 seconds until you get a valid reading.
