Delphi XE6: bse.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry points @Filtedit@TFilterProperty@ could not be located
in the dynamic link library Vcl_Design200.bpl.

Problem persists after a reinstall of Raise components.

Any hints of how to fix and/or how to easily roll back XE6 Update 1 ?

When you get Entry point errors on a BPL it indicates that the interface changed in one of the
BPLs that it was dependent on.

To solve you need to recompile the BPLs. If you don't want to do that or can't (lack of source) you need to contact the component vendor and have them recompile it for there installations.

That normally shouldn't happen within an update within same version should
it ?

Typically with VCL this has been the case. However, it has happened with the firemonkey controls nearly every update.
In this case the VCL_Design200.bpl interface has changed.

Yeah well, the source package doesn't compile - attempting to create
RaizeCOmponents.bpl (from the package) gives the error Can't load package
RaizeComponents.bpl.

So - I have no idea what it is missing, the installer has all the config
for compilation ....

I suggest you contact technical support at raize. Their support is great.

Looking into the Raize\RC6\Source folder you can find a file named
"!Build_RC6.cmd". After editing the file according to the given comments
I was able to recompile Raize Components for XE6 Upd1 without problems
just by executing that cmd file.

Thanks Uwe for jumping in. The !Build_RC6.cmd file is the quickest way to rebuild the component DCUs and packages.

Another reason why I continue to stick with Raize Components. These little helpful touches that are provided with the components are so useful, they should be included with every third-party component set!

I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in this thread, but version 6.1.9 was
released on June 21 that fixes the problem with XE6 Update 1, along
with some other fixes.
