How to align 2 rectangles 33% - 66%?

I have 2 TRectangle:
the firts is aligned left
and the last is align client.

I want the first always has a width equal to 33% of its container (responsive graphic).
How can I do?

Something similar to myrect.width := myrect.Parent.Width * .33;
