Hello,

I'm using a Virtual TListView and it's set to vsReport style.

When the user is dragging items into a ListView, I'd like to display an insertion cursor at the drop target to enable the user to be able to control exactly where the dropped items will go.

For the very first item or the very last, I want the user to be able to control whether the drop operation places the item before (insertion cursor at top) or after (insertion cursor at bottom) the intended row.

I have found very little so far on line with respect to an insertion cursor. Any thoughts on where I can find some example code?

Thanks in advance

I can't speak for TAdvListView, but a standard TListView has no concept of
an insertion cursor. You will likely have to owner-draw the list items so
you can manually draw your own insertion line on the current DropTarget item
where needed.

OK Thanks Remy. That's helpful. Still looking for code or examples if anyone has them...
