I thought I would find lots of pages on this when googling, but I did not, though I tried different combinations of "Firemonkey", "TMemo", "Alt"...

When in any editor on Windows I type Alt+0199 on the numeric keypad, I get the "Ç" uppercase character - required for "Ça va ?" - which is not on my - although French - keyboard, which only provides the lowercase "ç". Also available with Alt+128.
Same for Alt+0201 -> É, Alt+0192 -> À, ...

It does work with the VCL TMemo, including the TStrings editor of the "Lines" of the FMX TMemo.

But not with the Firemonkey TMemo (using Berlin 10.1 on Win 7 64).

Is it :
- a bug ?
- a feature ? (if true why not letting it for Windows ?)
Or do I need to set something ? I searched, but to no avail until now.
