Hello,

I am having problems with TCppWebBrowser when compiled with bcc32c. The
problem does not seem to occur with bcc32. I first noticed this problem
in 10.2.1 when I switched to using bcc32c. I then upgraded to 10.2.2 and
the problem is still there.

For example, the OnTitleChange event returns Chinese looking jibberish
instead of the page title.

A simple project to reproduce can be downloaded here:
https://www.htmlvalidator.com/test/TCppWebBrowser.zip

Download sample project, build, and run. Click the "Go" button. You may
have to click 'No' on some questions about continue to run scripts...
then the title should appear in the label. It's jibberish when compiled
with bcc32c but works with bcc32 (the classic compiler).

I also created this: https://quality.embarcadero.com/browse/RSP-19680

Anyone know what's going on? Thanks!

UPDATE: I opened a support case with Embarcaderpo. All they did after a
few days was confirm that it was a "known issue"... no workaround,
hotfix, or patch... just that it will be "fixed in a future update" with
no time frame given. Now I have to figure out the best way of releasing
a partly "defective" product that will be "fixed in a future update".
Very disappointed.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this or workaround it then please
let me know.
