No matter what component I drop on the phone looking form I can't see it in either the IDE or on my android when I run it. The app shows up on my phone but it's a blank white screen. They are there because I can click on them and it says the name and delete them.

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

Ed

component as in a button or groupbox do you mean?
tip:
start with a tlayout1 first, set to align to client, and the place your objects on that, and set the alignment as needed (e.g top, bottom etc)
as it could be that your objects on the form are off the screen etc

Hello,

I don't think they're off screen, as he can't see them in the form
designer either. Otherwise he would have dropped them out of view on the
form already, which I guess is not possible.

I was meaning off screen on the actual phone running the app

Hello,

and I was referring to the part of his writing which indicated that they
weren't even shown in form designer. That would be a major issue I guess.

Hello,

1. which version of Delphi?
2. which phone and Android version?
3. does it happen for a blank multi device project with
just one label on it?
4. Have you selected Android as style for the form designer?

Greetings

Markus
