Compile packing for 64 bit and "Designide" is not found

I have an old package (LockBox) I though I would compile in 64-bit Windows, but when I do, I get the following exception:

[dcc64 Fatal Error] L207vdTokyo.dpk(57): E2202 Required package 'designide' not found

Worked fine in 32 bit--but this is my first attempt at 64 bit.

Why won't this work? And if there are things I need to know about going to 64 bit, is there a tutorial somewhere?

Thanks

It does not work since designide is only allowed in design-time
packages, and design-time packages (for the IDE) can only be 32 bit
since the IDE itself is a 32 bit application.

You need to properly separate the code into a run-time package (which
must not use designide) and a design-time package that requires the
run-time package. The design-time package should only contain the
component registration and any component or property editors you need.

You can then compile the run-time package for 32 and 64 bit.

Lockbox 3 is already seperated into design and runtime.
Looks like he is on lockbox 2.
