Delphi has a cloud API for Amazon SimpleDB, but SimpleDB seems like it is deprecated, and Amazon seems to not want people to use it.

DynamoDB is the preferred database, but I'm having a hard time using Delphi with it, and no usable sample code.

The only thing I could find on the web was the cdata OBDC driver :
http://www.cdata.com/kb/tech/dynamodb-odbc-delphi.rst

Which using the trial version I was more or less able to get it to work, at least to populate a DBGrid.

Some issues were FireDAC problems with the FDConnections.INI file which I got past thanks to this thread :
https://forums.embarcadero.com/thread.jspa?threadID=104157

ODBC is new to me and I don't understand how I would deploy the drivers to clients.

But I'd much prefer if there were something native in Deplhi (like the Amazon CloudAPI, and sample code that connects to the DynamoDB instead of SimpleDB). I hope that Embarcadero is looking into DynamoDB support - I'll ask them on their community site - but until if/then that happens, does anyone have any experience with DynamoDB and Delphi ?

If so, do you have any working code you'd be willing to share or sell ?
