By default, Delphi includes a minimal manifest file with each new application.

We have a custom manifest file we use with all our applications which we have to manually include in each new project. Is there a way to replace what Delphi uses for its default manifest file so every new project created automatically uses a custom manifest? I looked to see if the custom Delphi manifest was actually a file itself and could possibly be replaced with a custom file but don't see anything.

No. You must configure each project individually.

And in fact, with the addition of several configurable items in the Project
Options to enable/disable various manifest items (Elevation Level, High-DPI,
etc), I would expect that the manifest is now being dynamically generated,
not using a default file as it once did.
