I'm attempting to access an existing Sqlite db3 file at runtime in a vcl application with D10 on Windows 10. I am able to connect to the database with SQLConnection. The error occurs when I try to open a table with sqltable or make active sqlquery with select * from table. I watched the embarcadero video and all my settings are the same as best I tell. The video is old so there may be some other settings that I am not aware.
Any suggestions on what could be causing this problem? I checked and sqlite3.dll is in the bin folder. I also added it to windows system folders.

Is the sqlite client library in your path? That is the problem most
people encounter when getting started.

I used to work for Embarcadero - I don't work there any more.
